1Do I need an account?
Yes. When you make your first purchase an Account will automatically be created for you. You will then be able to view your orders, manage your addresses and quickly checkout in the future!
2How do I use a coupon code?
When you are ready to checkout, view your shopping cart and you can enter the code right in the cart before checking out. The discount will be automatically applied, which you'll see calculated towards the bottom of the cart. If you forget to enter the code, you have another opportunity to enter it on the Checkout page itself. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
3Where is your store located?
Swiper Microfiber is solely an online-based business. We do, however, offer local San Diego, CA deliveries on orders of $100 or more for a small fee (based on proximity). For more information about San Diego deliveries, contact us at sales@swipermicrofibertowels.com or (619) 384-7547.
4How do I contact Swiper Microfiber?
Email us at sales@swipermicrofibertowels.com or call us at (619) 384-7547 from 8am to 5pm PST, Monday-Friday, and 9am to 1pm PST on Saturdays. Please leave a voicemail or send an email during non-business days or hours and we will get back to you during normal business hours.
5What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
6Is the website secure?
Yes. SwiperMicroFiberTowels.com is served through a secure connection using 128-bit TLS 1.2 encryption. Every step of the order process is encrypted. Credit cards are verified by a multi-point process based on the customer’s billing address.  

We do not under any circumstances trade, sell, or share your information with anyone. Your privacy and security are extremely important to us at Swiper.
7What are your shipping rates?
We charge a $6.99 Flat Rate fee for orders totaling $74.99 or less (pre-shipping). Orders over $75 are shipped for free!

Most orders within the contiguous U.S. are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. (UPS may be used in those instances where USPS is not cost-effective at the discretion of Swiper Microfiber.)
8Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and military addresses?
Yes! USPS Priority is the primary method, although USPS Parcel Select or UPS may be used at Swiper Microfiber's discretion.
9How long does it take to process an order?
In-stock items are usually shipped within 12-24 hours of the order being placed (the exceptions are orders placed after 1:00pm Saturday through Sunday which will be quickly processed the following Monday morning). Orders placed before 1:30pm PST Monday-Saturday are typically shipped the same day that they're ordered.
10How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary by your location and shipping method. 99% of orders in the continental U.S. receive USPS Priority 2-3 Day Shipping. Packages that cannot be cost-effectively sent via USPS Priority will be shipped using USPS Parcel-Select, USPS First-Class or UPS Ground at Swiper Microfiber's discretion. Delivery time starts from the next full business day after the order leaves our warehouse. Orders must typically be placed by 1:30 p.m. PST to ship out the same business day.
11Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes. As you checkout, you will be asked for your billing address and your shipping address if it is different. We must have your billing address to charge your credit card. It is for verification purposes. If you supply a separate shipping address, your order will ship to that address.
12Is tracking information provided?
Yes. An email is automatically generated when your package leaves our warehouse. The email is sent to the email address you provide when you place your order. If you do not provide an email address, or provide an incorrect one, we cannot send tracking information.
13Why didn't I receive tracking information?
Spam filters can sometimes block tracking emails. Also, if we have an incorrect email address or no email address, we cannot send tracking information.
14What is your return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days in like-new condition (unused and unwashed) with original packaging. To return an item, call us at (619) 384-7547 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser except as noted below.

Any returns originally shipped for free will be charged a normal shipping charge before a refund is issued. If the return of a product or products causes the original order to fall below the free shipping threshold, the remaining items and returned items will be billed the $6.99 flat-rate.

The cost of the returned items, minus all associated shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit
15What if an item is defective?
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at (619) 384-7547.

For defective items, Swiper Microfiber will covers return shipping costs if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. Otherwise return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will provide you with a pre-paid USPS or UPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation. Items returned for reasons other than defect or Swiper Microfiber error will not be provided with a pre-paid return label. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect/wrong product." If a returned product we receive is determined to not be defective or not the result of an error by Swiper Microfiber, all associated return shipping costs we have paid for will then be charged back to the customer.
16Can I exchange an item?
Yes, so long as the original item is unused. Please call us at (619) 384-7547 and let us know that you will be returning an unused item and what item you would like instead. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
